System description
The transom – post construction system is assigned for accomplishing of curtain walls, rooves and skylights,and is rated to the RMG 1.0 material group. The width of posts and transoms is 52 mm, beads 51 mm. Having used specially designed thermal distance element there is possibility to build walls with overall heat-transfer coefficient at level 1,75 W/m2*K. There is possibility of accomplishing either horizontal or vertical lines and constructions joined with steel and wood.
System description
The three-chamber system, design with a groove profiles ferrule in "euro" standard and the groove ferrule used in windows and window doors with PVC profiles. The structural depth of the frame is 52 mm and 60 mm for the wings. The system allows the use of a wide range of hardware and easy to work. Three-chamber profile design of the Ponzio PE 52 provides high stiffness profiles, and thus to perform the construction of large size.
Variant of PE 78, which has a four-chamber design - similar to the window system PE 78. It is designed for use in structures with particularly high requirements for thermal insulation.
The high insulation levels are achieved by the use of a special insulation inserts ans so: PE 78+version with closed glass chamber Uf value of 1,1 W/m2K. PE 78HI the top variant - with special insulating inserts "aerogel" in the profile chambers, achieves Uf value 0,9 W/m2K.
Variant of PE 68, which has a similar structure to PE 68 window system.
It's additional advantage is the high insulation level achieved by the use of special insulating inserts.
Depending the insulating insert are being located, the system reaches various heat transfer coefficient.
The PE 68+ version with closed glass chamber Uf value of 1,5 W/m2K, and the high insulation version PE 68HI - with closed glass chamber and special insulating inserts in the profile chambers - down to Uf value of 1,3 W/m2K.
